職務内容

アドバイザー・コンサルタントとしてM&Aにおける初期的検討から統合サポートまでプロセス全般に幅広く関与し、サービス提供を行ないます。
国内案件のみならず、今後増加が期待されるクロスボーダー案件を積極的にリードして頂きます。国内外のクライアントに対して以下のような業務を提供します。
・投資/撤退、M&A戦略策定
・フィージビリティスタディ [事業性調査]
・ビジネス/コマーシャルデューデリジェンス [B/CDD]
・オペレーショナルデューデリジェンス [ODD]
・PMIアドバイザリー
・事業計画策定支援

Provide end-to-end services from pre-M&A to post merger integration as strategy advisor / consultant.
With increasing cross-border investment, this role is expected to drive not only domestic projects but also international engagements.
Provides the following services for both domestic/international clients.
・Investment / divestment, M&A strategy
・Feasibility study
・Business/commercial due diligence
・Operational due diligence
・PMI advisory
・Business planning

■ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語
